Working with JLM Properties on the conversion of an old school into a luxury six bedroom detached home in Dumpton Park Drive, Broadstairs.
As the property was so large and had 4 bathrooms, a lot of planning went into the design of both the heating system and the bathrooms. As we could not find a boiler powerful enough to service the needs of this property within the budget of the developer, we worked to find a more innovative solution and came up with the concept of the double boiler system which has proven an enormous success.
